Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any services provided by mas9, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mas9 platform.

mas9 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To register an account and use mas9's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Register an account personally in your own name — third parties are not permitted to register on behalf of another individual.
• Not be a participant in a responsible gambling programme involving self-exclusion.
• Use the account for personal purposes only and not for commercial purposes.

mas9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that cannot verify their eligibility may be suspended or closed until satisfactory verification is received.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account on the mas9 platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended, including any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, an active email address and a valid mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Notifying mas9 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that all activity occurring through your account is under your supervision.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mas9 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after verification.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same method as the original deposit, except in certain circumstances that require an alternative method at mas9's discretion. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

mas9 reserves the right to carry out compliance checks before approving any withdrawal. This includes identity verification, source of funds and bonus wagering requirements where applicable.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonuses and promotions offered by mas9 are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Users are required to fulfil these requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: The first deposit is eligible for a 200% bonus up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

General terms for all mas9 bonuses:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• mas9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if any attempt to abuse a promotion is detected.
• Weekly VIP cashback is calculated based on net wagering volume and credited according to each member's tier.

Game Rules and Conduct

All games available at mas9 use a certified random number generator (RNG) verified by an independent third party to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final and cannot be disputed without solid technical evidence.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using automated software, bots or any external tools to influence gameplay.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer modes.
• Transferring balances between different accounts through coordinated joint betting.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in cancellation of winnings, account suspension and/or appropriate legal action.

User Responsibilities

By using the mas9 platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk. You agree that:

• You are betting with money you can afford to lose.
• The decision to bet is entirely your own personal decision.
• mas9 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform.
• You will not use the platform while under stress, or under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

mas9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mas9 will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of opportunity, anticipated profits or reputational damage.
• Faults of third parties including game software providers or payment providers.

In cases where mas9 is found liable, the amount of damages that can be claimed is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days before the claim was made.

Account Termination and Suspension

mas9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if:

• The user violates any of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The account shows signs of suspicious or improper use.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting mas9 customer support. Valid balances not subject to any unfulfilled conditions will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.

Applicable Law

The mas9 platform operates under international licensing. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to the operation of this platform.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions, or the use of mas9 services, shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
